Residential Cross Connection Program

To ensure the safety of your water supply, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources requires Fox Crossing Utilities to conduct a cross connection control survey of residential water customers every 10 years.

A water utility technician will conduct the survey. At which time, the property owner will receive an inspection report and is notified of any areas of noncompliance with DNR Code 810.15 and Village Ordinance 28.47.

Once corrections have been made, the owner is required to contact the Utility to schedule cross connection recheck appointment for the Utility to verify compliance. Compliance is mandatory!
