Welcome to the Fox Crossing Parks and Recreation Web Registration

The Village of Fox Crossing offers you the flexibility of registering for classes any time, day or night.  WebTrac is an internet registration service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

**Please note that you may only pay by credit or debit card in the WebTrac System.  In the event that we need to refund your registration fee (due to your request or a cancelled class), it will be done in the form of a CHECK, not credited back to your credit card.

WebTrac will allow you to:

  • Browse our activity listings and get information quick and easy – including information about prices, dates, times, locations, or even current enrollment numbers
  • Register for programs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Make payments using credit or debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
  • Receive and immediate confirmation of enrollment with a receipt
  • Reprint receipts and review and update household information

Frequently Asked Questions:

What do I use for my user name and password? If registering for the first time, your user name is your household number while your password is your last name.  Upon the first time you log in, you will be given the option to change your password to one you may remember easier.  To receive your Household ID Number, please fill out the online request form, or call us at 720-7108.  Your Household ID Number is also printed on your past activity receipts.

What if I don’t have a credit or debit card? Registration is accepted with cash or check at the Parks & Recreation Office, located at 2000 Municipal Drive.

Can I pay for part of the activity now and part of the activity later? No, when using our online registration system, you will need to pay for the activity in full at the time of registration.

My favorite class is already full – can I sign up on a waitlist through WebTrac? Yes, you can choose to be put on the waitlist for any class that is already filled.  Our staff will contact you if a spot opens up for you, and will verify that you would still like to be enrolled.  If so, your transaction will be processed at that time.  There is no charge to be added to the waitlist.

I decided not to register for an activity – how do I make sure my account hasn’t been charged? Your registration is only complete after you complete the check out process.

How do I cancel registration once I have been through the check out? All cancellations must be done by contacting the Fox Crossing Parks & Recreation Office at 720-7108.  A 20% administrative service charge, not to exceed $5 per participant and class, will be charged on all refunds.

Is my transaction secure? Yes, the Village of Fox Crossing uses the latest in online payment security.

Can I register by phone? No, we cannot accept registrations by phone or fax.
