Timothy Hogan was elected in April 2019 to serve as Municipal Judge. Prior to his election, he served as a supervisor on the Winnebago County Board. He has been a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin since 2011.

Profession/Vocation
Timothy practices criminal law throughout the Fox Valley with the law firm of Hogan Eickhoff, which he founded with his brother-in-law in 2017. Prior to that, Timothy ran his own law firm for five years.

Personal
After graduating law school at UW-Madison, Timothy moved to Fox Crossing (at that time the Town of Menasha) to begin his career practicing law. Since the start of his career, he has been named Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorney by the National Trial Lawyers and Top 10 Criminal Defense Attorney by Attorney and Practice Magazine. In his spare time, Timothy has assisted in coaching the mock trial team at St. Norbert’s College since 2014. In 2016, he married his wife Sarah. Together with their two dogs, they love to enjoy everything about the outdoors, from camping to being on the water.
