Fire Marshal

The Fire Prevention Division is responsible for all fire prevention within the community. These activities include but are not limited to code enforcement; coordination of fire inspections and fire re-inspections; local plan review; fire cause and origin investigations. Fox Crossing Fire Department utilizes the International Fire Code 2021 Edition and the NFPA as the guiding documents for code enforcement. All structures larger than a two family residential occupancy require a minimum of two annual inspections by the Fox Crossing Fire Department. Fire inspections are completed by various fire department staff during normal business hours under the direction of the Fire Marshal.
