Water Rates Change Information

On September 30, 2021, the rate file application was filed with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) to increase water rates.  Updated information from the application was provided to our customers with the November 2021, December 2021, and January 2022 utility bills with this notice.

The PSCW’s rate case process provides transparency.  More detailed information on rate case proceedings can be found at the PSCW website and its’ Frequently Asked Questions page.  To view the filings and correspondence or to receive notifications of documents as they are filed to PSCW’s Electronic Records Filing System, please subscribe to the docket (#3550 WR 106) here.

The PSCW reviewed the application submitted and worked with utility staff through a variety of meetings, calls, emails, and formal requests for additional information over the next 12 months, culminating in a final proposal that is currently up for acceptance by the PSCW.  This is the proposed Water Rate Tariff.
