Dale Youngquist

President

In April 2011, Youngquist was elected Town Chairman. He served as a Town Supervisor when appointed in 2006 and then elected in 2007. He also represents the Village on the Neenah-Menasha Sewerage Commission and Personnel Committee and serves as a commissioner on Fox West Regional Sewerage Commission.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

Since incorporating in 2016, Dale Youngquist has served as Village President. Youngquist is a Certified Public Accountant and member of WICPA and AICPA with an accounting degree from the University of Minnesota.

PERSONAL

A resident of the town since 1978, Youngquist and his wife Judy have two adult children and three grandchildren.  Youngquist’s community involvement over the years has been extensive.  He is currently an active member of the Neenah Rotary Club, where he has served as president and as a board member, a member of the Quarry Quest Steering Committee, and an active member of St. Gabriel Parish.  In prior years he has served on the boards of the Fox Cities Children’s Museum, Red Cross (Outagamie Chapter), Reach Counseling, St. Mary Central Foundation, and as a member of the Neenah Noon Optimists, Neenah Breakfast Optimists, Neenah Knights of Columbus and the Jaycees.

Youngquist has coached youth football and soccer and to this day remains an avid sports fan, enjoying all sports but particularly football, baseball, and golf.

Michael Van Dyke

Trustee 1

PROFESSION / VOCATION

For over 28 years, Mike has been employed at Kimberly-Clark in a variety of Engineering and Operations roles, including working in a Global/International position. Currently, Mike is a Senior Manager leading the Research & Engineering Services team for the Corporate Research and Engineering Department.  Since moving to the Village in 1999, Mike has been an active resident. He served on the Town of Menasha’s Planning Commission Board for 12 years, as well as serving as chair for a brief time. In addition, Mike joined the Sustainability Committee in 2008, where he served as the Committee Chair for 2 years. In June of 2012, Mike was appointed to the Town Board to fill a vacancy. Since 2014, Mike has been continuously elected as a Town Board Supervisor/Village Trustee.

PERSONAL

Mike and his wife, Lisa, have been married for over 30 years and have been happily living in the Town of Menasha/Village of Fox Crossing with their three daughters since 1999. Between the mix of urban amenities and rural feel, they feel that it is the perfect location to raise a family. As his daughters were growing up, Mike has coached soccer, basketball and Lego League. As a Badger alumnus, both Mike and Lisa are delighted that all three of their daughters graduated from UW Madison. As an active member of St. Gabriel’s Parish, Mike is currently serving on the Pastoral Council and the Building & Grounds Committee. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family including walking their dog, Bella, to the park.

Kris Koeppe

Trustee 2

Koeppe was elected at a Special Election held in June 2016 and serves as Trustee #2. He was re-elected in April 2017 to a second term. Prior to his election served on the Town/Village Planning Commission for 16 years before resigning to take his seat on the new Village Board.  Served on the Sustainability Committee since its inception in 2008 and remains the current chairman of that committee. Also sits on the board of the Oshkosh Safety Council.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

Koeppe has been employed at Jack’s Maintenance, Inc. since 2000, currently as Facility Manager.  He is certified in Health and Safety Management and also serves as their Safety Manager.

PERSONAL

He and wife Marina have been homeowners more than 26 years. They have three adult children and one old dog. Hobbies are assisting his wife in cultivating their large vegetable garden, and taking care of landscaping chores and other handyman tasks.  Koeppe is an avid and eclectic book reader, and active in the music business, both as a drummer and live sound engineer for over 40 years.

Gregory Ziegler

Trustee 3

Greg Ziegler was elected in April of 2008 to the Supervisor #3 seat, and re-elected Village Trustee 3 at a Special Election in June 2016.  He is Deputy Secretary for the Fox West Regional Sewerage Commission and held a position on the Town of Menasha’s Individual and Business of the Year Committee.

Greg Ziegler is a highly regarded and respected Estate and Financial Planning Specialist, licensed in five states, assisting his clients with sound principles of retirement planning, estate planning and financial security for more than 26 years.  Owner of Ziegler Investment & Insurance Services LLC, and Partner of The Estate Planning Group, LLC, along with Attorneys Kevin Davidson and Greg Van Evenhoven.

PERSONAL

Greg has been a resident since 1977.  He and wife Sharon enjoy car racing, antiquing, traveling, sports, along with enjoying time with family and friends.

Dale McNamee

Trustee 5

Mr. McNamee was elected as Village Trustee, seat 5 at a Special Election in June 2016.  Previously, in April 2015, was elected to the Supervisor #4 seat and served the Town of Menasha.  Mr. McNamee was initially appointed to serve the remainder of the term of Supervisor #3 Jerry Jurgensen from August 2007 to April 2008.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

McNamee has been employed by Eggers Industries since 2016.  Currently, he is the Production Scheduler for Eggers Industries’ Neenah Plant.

PERSONAL

A resident since 2002, McNamee and his wife Lori feel fortunate to have been able to raise their two daughters in a great community.  McNamee was born is Michigan’s Upper Peninsula where he attended Escanaba Area High School before enlisting in the Army in 1979.  After being discharged in 1982, he attended Northern Michigan University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Education as well as a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.  He taught school for one year in Menominee, Michigan before reentering the military as a full time Wisconsin Army National Guardsmen in 1989.  He held several leadership and staff positions before retiring as a Major in 2007.  McNamee served in both Iraq and Afghanistan and is a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans.  McNamee has been active in the community serving on the Sustainability Committee since 2009 and volunteering with several community service organizations.  He is a member of New Hope Church. In his free time, McNamee enjoys hunting and spending time with his family at their family cottage in the north woods.

Mark Englebert

Trustee 4

Mr. Englebert was elected in June 2016 to the Village Trustee Seat #4.  He was reelected to the seat again in April 2017.

PROFESSION /VOCATION

Trustee Englebert spent over 25 years serving on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, and retired as a Captain.   Major milestones included command of the USS Vincennes (CG-49), an AEGIS cruiser stationed in Japan, and six overseas deployments including two in the Middle East.   He also participated in major operations in Africa, South America and the Korean Peninsula.   Additionally, he was assigned to the Pentagon for 3 years working on Navy programs and budgets.  Mr. Englebert was a member of the Town of Menasha Planning Commission for 4 years, and was a key player in developing new zoning and land use guidelines for residents.

PERSONAL

A resident of the Village of Fox Crossing since 2011, Mr. Englebert grew up in Menasha and attended UW-Madison graduating with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  He also has a Masters Degree from the U.S. Naval War College.  He is an active member of the Menasha VFW Post 2126, and is annually involved in fund raising activities used to assist local area Veterans in need.   For the past 3 years he has volunteered weekly at the St. Joseph’s Food Pantry, driving a truck to pick up food donations for the organization.   Mr. Englebert in his spare time enjoys golf, bowling, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his family.

Barbara Hanson

Trustee 6

Hanson has served on the Town Board on and off beginning in 2005. Due to the incorporation of the Village, the Town Board dissolved causing her to lose her seat. Hanson ran again and was elected Trustee #6 in April 2017.  She served as treasurer for the Grand Chute Menasha West Sewerage Commission and chaired the Town’s Individual and Business of the Year Committee.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

Hanson, who retired in 2009, was a speech language pathologist in the School District of Shiocton. She continues to be involved in the school environment with substitute teaching. Along with her husband Lyle, she keeps busy by providing daycare for their grandchildren.

PERSONAL

Married to Lyle with two adult children, two in-laws, and five grandchildren. Mrs. Hanson was a member of the Fox Valley Technical College Board of Trustees and previously held the office of secretary while on the Board. Mrs. Hanson participates on her high school reunion committee and helps with other class reunions as well.  She enjoys camping with friends, playing cards, and spending time with her grandchildren.
