Garbage and Recycling RFP Questions

Currently how often are the Bulk Items and White Goods being collected for the residents?
Bulk Items and White Goods are currently collected for additional fees and picked up as a special collection arranged between the resident and the Contractor. There currently is no regularly scheduled collection of Bulk Items or White Goods.
Can you provide a route map of what sections are serviced on which days for your current services?

Can you provide a list of container sizes and frequencies and whether it is trash or recycling for all municipal locations including the size leaf dumpsters in the fall?

What is your current rate per house per month for the trash and recycling service?
The current rates the Village pays the current contractor is as follows:

Garbage Collection	$5.02 per dwelling unity per month
Recycling collection	$3.33 per dwelling unity per month
Yard Waste/Leaf collection*	$1.06 per dwelling unity per month

Other potential charges:
Additional Cart at Location	$0.75 per dwelling unity per month
Extra Bag Outside of Cart	$1.00 per dwelling unity per month

* Rate indicates current Leaf Collection program without a supplemental leaf vacuum collection program by the Village.

Regarding Section 4.1(d) of the RFP titled Household Construction and Demolition Debris, is two (2) cubic yards per week included in the residential flat fee, or should the 2 cubic yards be arranged for pickup through a special collection?
Section 4.1(d) Household Construction and Demolition Debris was erroneously left in the RFP document from a previous version of the document, and should have been removed. Hence, please disregard Section 4.1(d) Household Construction and Demolition. Any Household Construction and Demolition should be handled as a special collection arranged between the resident and Contractor. No loose Household Construction and Demolition materials should be included in the flat residential fee.
