Voter Registration

Municipal Complex Office Hours: Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

New residents, residents who have moved or changed their name must register.

Check your registration, or register to vote at My Vote Wisconsin.
*If your registration matches the WI DMV, you can successfully get registered.

Or:  complete the Wisconsin Voter Registration Application.

Please read the registration instructions on page 2 carefully!  YOU MUST INCLUDE a Proof of Residence document along with your application or you will not be registered and cannot vote.

BY MAIL:  Up to 20 days before the election. YOU MUST PROVIDE Proof of Residence along with your registration form, or your registration cannot be processed. Forms should be mailed to:

IN THE CLERK’S OFFICEUntil the Friday before the election at 5:00 p.m. YOU MUST PROVIDE a Proof of Residence document when registering.

AT YOUR POLLING PLACE ON ELECTION DAY:  If you have lived at your new address over 28 consecutive days immediately preceding this election, you may register at your polling place on Election Day. YOU MUST PROVIDE a Proof of Residence document.
